Ingredients:

Millet (any type)-1 cup
Water-2 1/2 cups
Coconut oil-2 spoons 
Onion-1
Mustard,jeera,channa dal-1spoon
Curry leaves-1 stem, Green chilli-2
Salt to taste 
Veggies-optional 

Preparation Method:

Soak millets for 2 hours. Add oil to pan and add tempering, onion, curry leaves,green chilli after frying 5 minutes add water and make it boil for a while then add salt, millet to it. Cook till it absorbs water and hot millet upma ready serve with chutney.
