Ingredients:
Millet (any type)-1 cup
Water-2 1/2 cups
Coconut oil-2 spoons
Ghee-optional
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Ginger garlic paste- 1 spoon
Whole Garam Malala-1spoon
Pudina leaves-2 stem ,Green chili-2
Salt to taste
Veggies-carrot, green peas, potato
Preparation Method:
Soak millets for 2 hours. Add oil /ghee to pan and add whole garam masala,onion, ginger garlic paste,tomato,mint leaves ,Green chili , veggies after frying 10-15 minutes add water and make it boil for a while then add salt, millet to it. Cook till it absorbs water and hot millet pulao ready serve with Raitha.
