Ingredients:
Arikalu (KODO millets)/any type-2 cups
Urad dal- 1 cup
Poha- 1/4 cup (optional)
Pearl millet powder(sadda)- 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
Soak separately Millet and urad dal for 6-8 hours, add poha before grinding. Grind both separately and mix it. Keep whole night for fermentation and next day add 1/2 cup millet powder,salt and add some more water to make thin paste. Prepare crispy and tasty dosa. Serve with peanut chutney or sambar.
